A Personalized Experience
If your hard listening happens somewhere other than a crowded restaurant, the R Infinio is usually where we start. It covers the same range of hearing loss as the Sphere line and leaves out the one component built specifically for noisy rooms. If those rooms are not your problem, that is a saving rather than a compromise.

AutoSense reads your surroundings and changes the hearing aid's program automatically as you move between them, so a quiet room and a car and a restaurant do not require you to touch anything.

Customizable Settings
We fit the 90 and 70 tiers, and two things separate them: 20 fine-tuning channels on the 90 against 16 on the 70, and full 360-degree directional pickup on the 90 against 270 degrees on the 70. Twenty channels shape the response more precisely when your hearing loss is uneven across frequencies, and full 360-degree pickup matters when voices reach you from behind, in a car or at a table. If neither describes you, the 70 is the sensible tier. Both tiers carry Speech Enhancer, are Auracast ready, and are published mild to profound.
