I was born and raised in Mitchell, SD. After high school, I attended the University of South Dakota where I majored in business. In 2002, I began working as an apprentice for a Doctor of Audiology for a year. This gave me the knowledge and experience I needed to pass the State exam and practicum and was licensed as a Hearing Instrument Specialist. Since becoming licensed, I have worked closely with patients and their hearing instrument needs. I worked in the Mitchell clinic and outreach facilities for 7 years before moving to Sioux Falls in 2009 and joining Stanford Hearing Aids.
